You can provide us with your requirements or drawings, and we will produce them accordingly. If you don't have a specific plan, we can assist with the design based on your application needs.
2. What are the accepted payment terms?
T/T and D/P are generally acceptable. For standard orders, a 30% deposit is required before production, with the remaining 70% balance settled before loading via T/T.
3. What is the estimated delivery timeframe?
Delivery time depends on the order quantity. Generally, standard orders are processed and shipped within 15 to 30 days.
4. How are the products packaged for shipping?
Inner boxes and master cartons are manufactured to international standards. To prevent damage, we limit weight to 35kg per carton and can use pallets (approx. 1000kg per pallet) for bulk shipments.
5. Can I get a sample and how long does it take?
Yes, samples are usually free. Depending on the complexity, it typically takes about 7 days to prepare and send the samples to you.
